Hi there! Have some questions about our gym and programs? Find the answers below.
Are you open all day?
No. We are open during scheduled classes, camps, open gyms, and special events, but closed during other hours. Please check our calendar to see scheduled times we are open.
What ages are appropriate for obstacle based movement classes?
We have students as young as 1 year old and as old as 60! Anyone is welcome in our gym, regardless of age or ability.
Do you offer classes for athletes with special needs?
Yes. Please contact our staff for detailed information.
How long have you been in business?
Altitude Movement was founded in 2020, proudly serving our community since then!
Are your coaches certified?
All of our coaches receive thorough in-house training. Many of our coaches have specialized certifications in ninja, parkour, or OCR coaching, and several are certified personal trainers.
What do students need to bring to class?
Closed-toe athletic shoes are required on the gym floor. Liquid chalk is allowed, but powdered chalk is prohibited. Water bottles are encouraged but only allowed in the spectator area, not on the gym floor.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, A guest network is available!
Do you have child care?
No, but we do have some adult classes that run concurrently with youth classes, so there are opportunities for the entire family to train simultaneously! Check with our staff about availability.
Are spectators allowed during classes?
Yes, family and friends are always welcome to watch. However, we ask that they stay in the spectator area for safety.
