NINJA CLASSES
What is Ninja?
Ninja is a dynamic, obstacle-based athletic discipline inspired by TV shows like American Ninja Warrior, in which competitors race through a series of challenges that test strength, speed, agility, and mental focus.
Drawing from gymnastics, rock climbing, and parkour, ninja training develops full-body fitness through movements like climbing, swinging, jumping, and balancing on purpose-built obstacles — from warped walls and balance beams to pegboards and flying bars. It's a sport for all ages and ability levels, making it one of the fastest-growing fitness activities in the country.
