PARKOUR CLASSES
What is Parkour?
Parkour is a discipline focused on moving through any environment as efficiently and fluidly as possible, using only the human body to navigate obstacles like walls, rails, gaps, and ledges.
Originating in France in the late 1980s and influenced by military obstacle training, parkour combines running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, and rolling into a seamless flow of movement. More than just a physical sport, parkour emphasizes adaptability, creative problem-solving, and a deep awareness of one's body in space — making it as much a mindset as it is an athletic practice.
